This point bears repeating.

At the end of the Thayer City Council meeting last night, the council

ACCEPTED THE RESIGNATION OF THAYER CITY MANAGER ADMINISTRATOR ELECTRIC SUPERVISOR EMPLOYEE GARY BARTON!

And a new day dawns in the city of Thayer . . .
