WARNING: Three Noncompliant Sex Offenders In Thayer!

A check with the Missouri State Highway Patrol Sex Offender Registry for Thayer reveals ten sex offenders living in the city, of which three are noncompliant.

The three are:

Daniel Frederic Barlow, whose offense was sexual intercourse with a minor.

Jonathan J Sims, whose offense was child molestation.

and

William K Webber, whose offense was sexual abuse.


What are our local and county law enforcement officials doing to find these sexual offenders and bring them into compliance?
